headquartered in Decatur, Illinois – serving clients throughout Central
Illinois and elsewhere. DCC is a full service marketing, advertising, strategic
planning, public relations and event planning firm that developed its business
based on a mission to fuse business strategies and creative design to develop
and implement full service marketing initiatives. We service a diverse client
base that has national and international boundaries. By leveraging our
expertise in strategic planning and creative design, we empower our clients
with market research, business analysis, implementation strategies, and
advertising tactics and design tools needed for their comprehensive success.
Our strong, loyal and diverse client base not only
provides a resource for our broad knowledge, but also articulates the
confidence and success they have had with our organization. Much of this is
based on our successful policy to implement tactics and tools that allow our
clients to measure qualitative and quantitative effectiveness of our
